Cancellation and Refund Policy

At True Rasoi, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@truerasoi.in or calling +91 8981557147.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (subject to the conditions below).
- If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Returns
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging for returns to be accepted.
- Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and verify the returned product (or photos/videos of the issue), a refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and your preference.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product used or opened (unless defective)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delivery refused without valid reason
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
5. Shipping Charges on Returns
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
